Zhejiang Petrochemical HP500Npp material is Polypropylene, which is a non-toxic, odorless, and tasteless milky white high crystalline polymer with a density of only 0 90-0.91g/cm3, is one of the lightest varieties among all plastics. It is particularly stable for water, with a water absorption rate of only 0 01%, with a molecular weight of approximately 80000 and 150000. Good formability, but due to the high shrinkage rate (1%~2.5%), thick walled products are prone to dents, making it difficult to meet the requirements for some parts with high dimensional accuracy. The surface gloss of the products is good. It is a high-density, side chain free, and highly crystalline linear polymer with excellent comprehensive properties. Common products: pots, barrels, furniture, films, woven bags, bottle caps, car bumpers, etc. The interior of PP material is mainly composed of high-purity propylene, which includes a small amount of ethylene copolymer. After drying, mixing, extrusion, granulation, screening, and homogenization, it forms polypropylene particles. These particles are cylindrical and very smooth, without any mechanical impurities.
